Our own Asian-infused Lucky Dragon sauce, deliciously accents our tender boneless pork roast. Serve this delicious roast with warm jasmine rice and have a light, comforting meal.
Thaw in refrigerator
1.Preheat oven to 350°.
2.Remove pork roast from marinade and place fat-cap (white) side up on sprayed baking dish. Cut a 1/2 inch deep, crisscross X-pattern into top of roast.
3.Massage bag of lucky dragon sauce to blend, and pour half on top of the roast. Bake for 45 minutes.
4.Cover roast with remaining sauce, and bake an additional 30-40 minutes. (internal temp. of 145°F.) Let roast rest 5-7 min.
5.Meanwhile, in sauce pan, add rice and 2 1/4 cups water. Bring to boil, stir once, cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 min. Fluff with fork.
6.Slice pork roast into a 1/4 inch thick slices and serve drizzled with sauce from pan and jasmine rice.
