Italian Pomodoro Beef Sliders with Parmesan Garlic Steak Fries

Thaw in refrigerator
*Prepare Parmesan Garlic Steak Fries per separate cooking instructions provided*
1.Add ground beef to bag with seasoning mixture and massage to combine.
2.Form into 6 patties about 3 inches round, 1/2 inch thick (slightly thinner in the middle).
3.Preheat broiler or grill to med-high heat.
4.Pan fry, broil or grill slider patties on med-high heat for 4-5 min. per side.
5.Place open buns on baking sheet cut side up and place patties on the bottom (flat) side of bun.
6.Top each patty equally with 1 Tbsp. pomodoro sauce. Cut fresh mozzarella slices in half and place one piece on each slider, broil 1-2 min., until buns are toasted and cheese is melted.
7.Assemble sliders and serve with Parmesan Garlic Steak Fries.
