Italian Pomodoro Burgers

Guest Favorite These juicy, savory burgers are topped with a tomato and basil pomodoro sauce and mozzarella. Served on a brioche bun for a robust, satisfying dinner the whole family will enjoy.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
1.Add ground beef to bag with seasoning mixture and massage to combine.
2.Form into 3 patties, 1/2 inch thick (slightly thinner in the middle).
3.For best results, pan sear patties on med-high heat for 4-5 min. per side.
4.Preheat broiler to high. Place open buns on baking sheet cut side up and place patties on the bottom (flat) side of bun.
5.Top each patty equally with 1 Tbsp. pomodoro sauce and mozarella, broil 1-2 min., until buns are toasted and cheese is melted.
6.Assemble burgers and serve.

Prep time: 25-30 min.
