Normandy Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Apples

Fast Lane Sunday Supper: Oven-roasted pork tenderloin on a bed of roasted sweet apples.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
1.Preheat oven to 425°F.
2.Spray 8 x 8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place apple mixture on bottom on baking dish and place tenderloin on top of apples. Cover with foil.
3.Bake covered 20-25 min. Remove foil and cook an additional 10-15 min. (internal temp. 145°F.)
4.Let pork tenderloin rest 10 min. covered with foil on a cutting board.
5.Slice pork tenderloin and serve with cooked apples and pan sauce.

Prep time: 35-40 min.
