Baked Potato Chicken

Fast Lane This family favorite combines our all-natural chicken breasts with baby bakers, mushrooms and a creamy sauce with your favorite baked potato toppings, sour cream, bacon and chives. Bakes in just under one hour.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
1.Pre-heat oven to 375F, spray inside of 8 x 8 baking dish with non-stick spray.
2.Using tongs place chicken in pan, and top with potato/mushroom mixture.
3.Bake uncovered for 40-45 min.
4.Meanwhile, place white sauce in pan and heat 4-5 min.
5.Once chicken is cooked (internal temp. of 165F), drizzle white sauce over chicken and potatoes. Sprinkle topping mixture evenly over all and place back in oven 4-5 min. until cheese melts.
