Mini Sweet Potato Puffs are a sweet potato take on an old favorite. Perfect size and shape, crispy on the outside and tender in the middle.

Instructions

COOK FROM FROZEN
1.Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2.Arrange puffs in a single layer on baking sheet.
3.Bake 15-20 min. or to desired crispness.

Air Fryer Instructions

Cook from Thawed or Frozen.
1.Preheat airfryer to 400°F.
2.Place sweet potato puffs in a single layer in basket sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
3.Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 7-9 min.
