Smoky Salmon and Penne Pasta

Fast Lane Salmon filets are seasoned with a smoky marinade, then quickly grilled or pan-seared. Penne pasta, sun dried tomatoes, onion and a creamy sauce with fresh lemon zest make this a flavorful dish.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.In large sauté pan over med-high heat, add pasta mixture, stir to mix, heat 2-3 min., then cover with lid and continue to heat 4–5 min.
2.Meanwhile, remove salmon from marinade, grill or pan sear over med-high heat, 3-4 min. per side.
3.Add cooked salmon to pasta and stir, breaking salmon into 2 inch pieces and serve.

Prep time: 15-20 min.
