Swiss Beef Sliders on Mini Pretzel Buns

Fast Lane Seasoned lean ground beef mini sliders topped with a creamy wild mushroom sauce and melted Swiss cheese. Great party food on our Mini Pretzel Buns!

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
1.Remove ground beef from package and place in a mixing bowl. Add burger seasoning to ground beef and blend well. Equally divide into 6 portions and shape into small slider patties, 1/2 inch thick or less.
2.For best results, pan fry slider patties (or grill) on med high heat for 4-5 min. per side.
3.Meanwhile, add mushroom sauce to small pan and cook over med high heat 3-4 minutes, until sauce begins to thicken. Stir often.
4.Evenly top each slider patty with mushroom sauce.
5.Fold Swiss cheese triangles in half and place both pieces on each slider patty. Broil patties, until cheese has melted and toast mini pretzel rolls, 1-2 minutes.
6.Assemble sliders and serve.
