Thaw in refrigerator
1 Preheat broiler or grill.
2.Evenly distrubute the rub on both sides of the flank steak.
3.Broil or grill on med-high to desired temperature for doneness:
125°F for rare (about 4-7 min. per side)
135°F for medium rare (about 5-8 min. per side)
145°F for medium (about 6-9 min. per side)
155°F for medium well (about 7-10 min. per side)
4.Remove from heat and let steak rest for 5-10 min. before slicing, thinly, against the grain at a 45° angle.
