1. Heat a large skillet or grill over med high heat. With tongs remove chicken and cook 5-6 min. per side.
2. Meanwhile, grill or sear pineapple rings in skillet 1-2 min per side.
3. Broil buns or grill 1-2 min. to toast.
4.Massage bag of wasabi mayo to blend.
5. Serve pineapple over cooked chicken on toasted bun with wasabi mayo on the side.
