Turkey Florentine Burgers on Pretzel Buns

Guest Favorite Lean ground turkey is stuffed with Swiss cheese and a pinch of spinach to create an irresistible burger. Top with mozzarella cheese and serve on our pretzel buns.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat broiler or grill. Place ground turkey mixture into mixing bowl and combine until thoroughly blended.
2.Re-form turkey mixture into 3 large patties about 1/2 inch thick (slightly thinner in the middle). Let rest 5 min. while broiler/grill preheats.
3.Broil or grill 5-6 min. per side. (Internal temp. 165°F.)
4.Top burgers with mozzarella cheese and broil/grill an additional 30 sec. to melt.
5.Toast buns under broiler until golden (about 1 minute).
6.Massage bag of garlic chive mayo to blend and spread about 2 tsp. onto each toasted bun. Assemble burgers and serve.
