Fully Loaded Chicken & Potato Soup with Breadsticks

Guest Favorite This hearty soup combines tender chunks of chicken and potatoes in a cream base. Topped with bits of bacon and cheese and served with soft breadsticks, it’s a perfect comfort food the whole family will love on a wintery night.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.Cook bacon over med heat in medium stockpot for 2-3 min. until bacon starts to crisp. Set aside in paper towel-lined small bowl.
3.Add contents of potato soup bag to same pot and whisk to thoroughly combine. Bring to a boil and simmer on low 4-5 min.
4.Add chicken and potato mix. Simmer an additional 4-5 min., stirring occasionally.
5.Meanwhile, spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray, place baby breadsticks sheet and bake 4-6 min. until golden.
6.Ladle soup into bowls then top with cheese, green onion blend, and bacon.
7.Serve with breadsticks on the side.
