Italian Chicken Penne Arrabbiata

Fast Lane A wonderful blend of freshly sliced garlic, red pepper flakes and diced tomatoes served with tender diced chicken breast strips make this fiery, arrabbiata "angry" pasta dish for the brave. Add as little or as much spice as you dare.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
1.Heat a large nonstick pan over med heat. Pour contents of garlic and olive oil portion cup into pan. Saut 2-3 minutes until garlic is slightly golden, stirring constantly.
2.Slowly add chicken & sauce to pan and increase heat to med-high to bring to boil.
3.Reduce heat to simmer, uncovered 5-7 minutes.
4.Add pasta, stir until well blended and cook an additional 2-3 minutes, until pasta is warmed through.
5.Place in serving platter and top with Parmesan cheese.
