Thaw in refrigerator
*Prepare Blistered Asparagus per separate cooking instructions provided*
STOVETOP:
1.Heat large saute pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over high heat.
2.Brown chops 3-5 min. per side. Add glaze, simmer 5-10 min. (internal temp. 145°F). Serve with Blistered Asparagus.
GRILL:
1.Heat grill to med-high heat.
2.Heat apricot glaze in a small saucepan and simmer 5 min.
3.Grill pork chops 2-3 min. per side.
4.Remove pork chops from heat once cooked through (internal temp. 145°F). and pour glaze over top.
5.Allow chops to rest 5 min. before serving with Blistered Asparagus.
