Apricot Glazed Grilled Pork Chops with Almond Green Beans

Lean, boneless pork chops are finished with our delicious apricot glaze and served with Almond Green Beans.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Almond Green Beans per separate cooking instructions provided*
STOVETOP:
1.Heat large saute pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over high heat.
2.Brown chops 2-3 min. per side. Add glaze, simmer 5 min. (internal temp. 145°F). Serve with Almond Green Beans.
GRILL:
1.Heat grill to med-high heat.
2.Heat apricot glaze in a small saucepan and simmer 5 min.
3.Grill pork chops 2-3 min. per side.
4.Remove pork chops from heat once cooked through (internal temp. 145°F). and pour glaze over top.
5.Allow chops to rest 5 min. before serving with Almond Green Beans.

Prep time: 15-20 min.
