Apricot Glazed Grilled Pork Chops with Almond Green Beans

Pre-Assembled Lean, boneless pork chops are finished with our delicious apricot glaze and served with Almond Green Beans.

Medium Prep time: 15-20 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Almond Green Beans per separate cooking instructions provided.*
1.Heat large saute pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over high heat.
2.Brown chops 2-3 min. per side. Add glaze and 1/4 tsp. of kosher salt. Simmer 5 min. (internal temp. 145°F).
3.Allow chops to rest 5 min. before serving with Almond Green Beans.
*NOTE: Overcooking pork chops will cause them to be tough and dry.

2.Heat apricot glaze and 1/4 tsp. of kosher salt in a small saucepan and simmer 5 min.
3.Grill pork chops 2-3 min. per side.
4.Remove pork chops from heat once cooked through (internal temp. 145°F) and pour glaze over top.
5.Allow chops to rest 5 min. before serving with Almond Green Beans.
