Bueno Steak Tacos
Fast Lane Perfectly grilled flank steak, specially seasoned to pair with our delicious Southwest chipotle sauce. All wrapped up in warm flour tortillas.
Thaw in refrigerator
1. Remove steak from cryovac, evenly coat with seasoning rub. Allow to rest at room temp. for 8-10 min. prior to cooking.
2. Preheat broiler or grill on med-high. Cook to desired temperature for doneness:
125F for rare 4-7 min. per side,
135F medium rare 5-8 min. per side,
145F medium 6-9 min. per side,
155F medium well 7-10 min. per side.
3. Remove steak from heat, loosely cover with foil and let rest 5 min., thinly slice against the grain at a 45 angle.
4. Meanwhile, place foil package of tortillas in a pre-heated 250F oven for 10-15 min. to warm.
5. Top warm tortillas with sliced flank steak. Drizzle with Southwest chipotle sauce, wrap and serve.
