Fast Lane Tender marinated steaks are topped with our savory, seasoned garlic butter and Gorgonzola cheese blend.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat grill or broiler to med-high heat.
2.Using tongs, remove steaks from marinade and discard marinade. Let steaks rest 10 min.
3.Grill or broil on med-high to desired temperature for doneness:
125°F for rare (about 5-6 min. per side)
135°F for medium rare (about 6-7 min. per side)
145°F for medium (about 7-8 min. per side)
155°F for well done (about 8-10 min. per side)
4.Remove from heat and place 1-2 Tbsp. gorgonzola butter on each steak. Let steak rest for 5 min while gorgonzola butter melts.
*NOTE: To keep steaks tender, slice the steaks across the grain (lines).
