Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat broiler or grill.
2.Remove steak from packaging and sprinkle both sides with spice blend.
3.Broil or grill on med-high to desired temperature for doneness:
-125°F for rare (about 4-7 min. per side)
-135°F for medium rare (about 5-8 min. per side)
-145°F for medium (about 6-9 min. per side)
-155°F for medium well (about 7-10 min. per side)
8.Remove from heat and let steak rest for 5-10 min. before slicing thinly, against the grain at a 45° angle.
9.Top steak with chimichurri sauce and serve.
