Sizzling Sirloin Beef Fried Rice

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.In saucepan, add rice and 1 1/8 cups water. Bring to boil, stir once, cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 min. Fluff with fork.
2.Meanwhile, in a nonstick large sauté pan over med-high heat, cook beef for 3-4 min. Drain excess liquid from pan.
3.Add cooked rice and the peas to the same pan as the beef and cook an additional 1-2 min., stirring constantly.
4.Add sauce to pan and stir until all rice is coated. Cook 2-3 minutes, until most of the sauce has absorbed into the rice. Serve.
