Toasted Sesame Chicken with Sweet Chili Sauce

Guest Favorite Tender natural chicken breasts tossed gently in a coating of panko bread crumbs and sesame seeds, to create a crispy brown coating served with an Asian-inspired sweet chili dipping sauce.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Heat sauté pan over med heat with 3 Tbsp. of olive oil. Do not use cooking spray.
2.Remove chicken breast from buttermilk, place in sesame seed breadcrumb mixture and toss to coat.
3.In heated pan with oil cook chicken 5-6 min. on one side. Before turning, top each chicken breast with 1 tsp olive oil. Turn and cook an additional 4-6 min, until crisp and golden brown (decrease heat if browning too quickly).
4.Meanwhile, add dipping sauce to small sauce pot and over med high heat simmer 8-10 min. just until sauce begins to thicken.
5.Serve chicken with dipping sauce on side or drizzled over top.
