Chicken breasts coated in panko breadcrumbs and sesame seeds with a sweet chili dipping sauce. Served with Sweet Gingered Carrots.
Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Sweet Gingered Carrots per separate cooking instructions provided.*
1.Heat sauté pan over med heat with 3 Tbsp. of oil. Do not use cooking spray.
2.To sesame seed breadcrumb mixture, add 1/2 tsp. of kosher salt. Shake to combine.
3.Remove chicken breast from buttermilk, place in sesame seed breadcrumb mixture and toss to coat.
4.In heated pan with oil cook chicken 5-6 min. on one side. Before turning, top each chicken breast with 1 tsp. oil. Turn and cook an additional 4-6 min, until crisp and golden brown, decrease heat if browning too quickly (Internal temp 165°F).
5.Meanwhile, add dipping sauce, 1 tsp. of kosher salt, and desired amount of sriracha to small sauce pot and over med-high heat simmer 8-10 min. just until sauce begins to thicken.
6.Serve chicken with dipping sauce on side or drizzled over top.
