Asian Rice Salad

Light and refreshing, this salad is perfect for a warm summer night with friends. Our oriental sesame dressing is combined with mandarin oranges, snap peas, diced green onions and topped with sliced almonds and crispy noodles for a bit of crunch.

Prep time: 3 1/2 Hours

Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
1. In a sauce pan, add rice, 4 cups water and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Stir once, cover, bring to a boil on high, cook on low heat for 20-25 min. Transfer rice into a large shallow bowl and place in refrigerator to chill, uncovered, 3 - 5 hours.
2. In a large bowl with chilled rice add the vegetable mix and vinaigrette. Toss with tongs to combine thoroughly.
3. Top with almonds and crunchy noodle mixture. Serve
