Sorrento Sirloin Steaks over Cavatappi

Fast Lane Juicy sirloin steaks cooked in a creamy garlic and mushroom sauce are served over tender cavatappi pasta and seasoned butter sauce. Ready for the table in just 30 minutes.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
1. Fill large pot 3/4 full with water. Add 1 tsp. salt. Bring to boil. Add pasta and cook 9-12 minutes or until desired tenderness. Drain, put back into pot and stir in creamy seasoned butter sauce. Cover and set aside.
2. Heat large frying pan over high heat with 2 Tbsp. olive oil until hot.
3. Add steaks and sear 1 min. per side.
4. Reduce heat, add mushroom sauce to steak pan and simmer 3-5 min.
5. Place pasta on serving dish and top pasta with steaks.
6. Sprinkle pasta and steaks with Parmesan cheese. Serve.

Prep time: 25-30 min.
