Crunchy Oven Fried Chicken Tenders

Guest Favorite These kid-friendly, all-natural chicken tenders are coated in a Parmesan panko mixture and baked to a perfect crunch.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray foil-lined baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2.Using tongs, remove chicken breasts from marinade and cut each lengthwise into three strips. Place strips in crumb mixture bag. Seal bag and toss to coat.
3.Place coated chicken on baking sheet, leaving space between pieces. Sprinkle remaining crumb mix evenly over tops and press into chicken.
4.For golden brown, crispy chicken, spray tops heavily with nonstick cooking spray and bake on bottom rack of the oven for 25 min. (internal temp. 165°F).
5.Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
