Italiano Sirloin Tortellini

Guest Favorite Perfect for your slow cooker or stovetop, this easy Italian favorite combines tomatoes, garlic and onions with cheese tortellini, sirloin and sausage. It's topped with Parmesan cheese for a flavorful finish.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
CROCKPOT:
1.Spray crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Layer sliced sirloin and sausage mix on bottom, followed by a layer of mushroom marinara. Top with tortellini. DO NOT STIR. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hrs. DO NOT COOK ON HIGH SETTING.
2.After cooking, stir to combine. Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese and serve.

STOVETOP:
1.In a large saucepan over med-high heat, brown sirloin and sausage mixture approx. 5-6 min. Add mushroom marinara, bring to a boil.
2.Add cheese tortellini to pan with meat and sauce, reduce heat to a simmer, cook 20-30 min. Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese and serve.

Prep time: 35-40 min.
