New Orleans Jambalaya

Guest Favorite Our Jambalaya is loaded with shrimp, smoked sausage, tomatoes, a confetti of chopped peppers and rice. Simply pop it in the oven for 90 minutes.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.Place pan on baking sheet, remove lid.
3.Pour sauce evenly over ingredients in pan, stir and cover tightly with foil.
4. Bake, covered, at 400°F for 45 min.
5.Remove pan from oven and uncover, drain shrimp and arrange over rice blend.
6.Cover and return to oven for 15-25 min. or until liquid is absorbed (Internal temp. 160°F).
7. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 min. before serving.

Prep time: 75-80 min.


Large Instructions
