New Orleans Jambalaya

Our Jambalaya recipe is bursting with flavor, featuring a hearty mix of vegetables, shrimp, sausage, and perfectly seasoned rice.

Medium Prep time: 65-75 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.Place pan on baking sheet, remove lid and discard.
3.Add 1 cup of water to sauce bag, 1/4 tsp. kosher salt, and desired amount of hot sauce. Massage to combine and pour evenly over ingredients in pan, stir and cover tightly with foil sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
4.Bake covered for 40-45 min.
5.Remove pan from oven and uncover. Drain shrimp and arrange over rice blend.
6.Cover and return to oven for 15-20 min. or until liquid is absorbed (shrimp internal temp. 145°F).
7.Remove from oven and let rest for 10 min. Remove bay leaf before serving.

Large Prep time: 85-90 min.
