Our Jambalaya recipe is packed to the brim with flavor: full of vegetables, shrimp, sausage, and seasoned rice.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.Place pan on baking sheet, remove lid.
3.In a mixing bowl, add sauce, 1 cup of water, and desired amount of hot sauce and 1/4 tsp. kosher salt, stir to combine. Pour sauce evenly over ingredients in pan, stir and cover tightly with foil.
4.Bake, covered for 45 min.
5.Remove pan from oven and uncover, drain shrimp and arrange over rice blend.
6.Cover and return to oven for 15-20 min. or until liquid is absorbed (internal temp. 160°F).
7.Remove from oven and let rest for 10 min. Remove bay leaf before serving.
Prep time: 75-80 min.
