Gaucho Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Pre-Assembled Grilled to perfection, this seasoned pork tenderloin kicks up the flavor when topped with a mild chili butter.

Medium Prep time: 25-30 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat grill to med heat, or oven to 425°F.
2.To spice rub bag, add ¼ tsp. of kosher salt. Close and shake to combine.
3.Remove pork tenderloin from package and sprinkle dry rub evenly over tenderloin.
GRILL:
4.Grill on rack over med heat 15-20 min., turning often and basting with chili butter. Let rest 10 min. before slicing 1/2" thick (internal temp. 145°F).
OVEN:
4.Bake for 30-35 min., turning and basting with chili butter about every 10 min.
5.Remove from oven. Let rest 5-10 min. before slicing 1/2" thick. (Internal temp. 145°F).
*Tenderloin can be safely served lightly pink in the center.
