Gaucho Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Summer Grilled Vegetables

Pre-Assembled Get Outside: Grilled to perfection, this seasoned pork tenderloin kicks up the flavor when topped with a mild chili butter.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Summer Grilled Vegetables per separate cooking instructions provided.*
1.Preheat grill to med. heat, or oven to 425°F.
2.Remove pork tenderloin from package and sprinkle dry rub evenly over tenderloin.
GRILL:
3.Grill on rack over med. heat 15-20 min., turning often and basting with chili butter. Let rest 10 min. before slicing 1/2" thick medallions (internal temp. 145°F).
OVEN:
3.Bake for 30-35 min., turning and basting with chili butter about every 10 min.
4.Remove from oven. Let rest 5-10 min. before slicing 1/2" thick medallions (Internal temp. 145°F).
*Tenderloin can be safely served lightly pink in the center.
