Gaucho Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Guest Favorite Grilled to perfection, this seasoned pork tenderloin kicks up the flavor when topped with a mild chili butter. This is a great meal to enjoy with friends and family.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat grill to med heat, or oven to 425°F.
2.Remove pork tenderloin from package, brush with olive oil and sprinkle dry rub evenly over tenderloin.
GRILL:
3.Grill on rack over med heat 30-35 min., turning often and basting with chili butter. Let rest 10 min. before slicing 1/4 thick (internal temp. 145°F).
OVEN:
2.Bake for 30-35 min., turning and basting with chili butter about every 10 min.
3.Remove from oven. Let rest 5-10 min. before slicing 1/4 thick. (Internal temp. 145°F).

*Tenderloin can be safely served lightly pink in the center.

Prep time: 40-45 min.
