Honey Pecan Pork Tenderloin with Cranberry Applesauce

Fast Lane Sunday Suppers: Pork tenderloin marinated in garlic and honey, coated in a crunchy pecan crust and served with cranberry-applesauce.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Using tongs place tenderloin on sheet.
3.Into crumb mixture, add 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil. Massage to combine. Pack crumb mixture on top of tenderloin.
4.Bake uncovered on lower rack for 20-25 min.
5. Top tenderloin with pecans and continue cooking 5-10 min. (internal temp.145°F). Let tenderloin rest 5-10 min. before slicing.
6.Meanwhile, in sauce pan over med-high heat, bring sauce to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, simmer 20-25 min.
7.Slice tenderloin thinly 1/4 inch. Serve warm sauce and toasted pecans with tenderloin.
