Lucky Dragon Pork Tenderloin with Jasmine Rice

Guest Favorite Our own Asian-infused Lucky Dragon sauce is a delicious accent to the mild flavors of our pork tenderloin. This dish is complemented with warm jasmine rice for a light meal.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 425°F.
2.Remove pork tenderloin from marinade and place on a foil-lined baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
3.Massage bag of Lucky Dragon sauce to blend, and pour half on top of the tenderloin. Bake 20 min.
4.Cover tenderloin with remaining sauce, and bake an additional 20-25 min. (Internal temp. of 145°F)
5.Meanwhile, in sauce pan, add rice and 11/8 cups water. Bring to boil, stir once, cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 min. Fluff with fork.
6.Let tenderloin rest 5-8 min. before slicing 1/4 thick. (Internal temp. 145°F). Tenderloin can be safely served lightly pink in the center.
7.Serve sliced tenderloin over jasmine rice and drizzle with sauce.
