Lucky Dragon Pork Tenderloin with Jasmine Rice

Pre-Assembled Pork tenderloin roasted in a savory sweet Asian sauce over jasmine rice.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 425°F.
2.In saucepot, add rice and 1 1/8 cups of water. Bring to a boil, stir once and cook covered on low for 15-20 min.
3.Remove pork tenderloin from marinade and place on a foil-lined baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
4.Massage bag of Lucky Dragon sauce to blend and pour half on top of the tenderloin. Bake 20 min.
5.Cover tenderloin with remaining sauce, and bake an additional 20-25 min. (Internal temp. of 145°F)
6.Let tenderloin rest 5-8 min. before slicing ½ inch thick. (Internal temp. 145°F). Tenderloin can be safely served lightly pink in the center.
7.Serve sliced tenderloin drizzled with sauce alongside rice.
