Fast Lane Battle of the Best Winner! Our own Asian-infused Lucky Dragon sauce is a delicious accent to the mild flavors of our pork tenderloin. Simply prepared in the oven, this meal makes a great weeknight dinner.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 425°F.
2.Remove pork tenderloin from marinade and place on a foil-lined baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
3.Massage bag of Lucky Dragon sauce to blend, and pour half on top of the tenderloin. Bake 20 min.
4.Cover tenderloin with remaining sauce, and bake an additional 20-25 min. (Internal temp. of 145°F)
5.Let tenderloin rest 5-8 min. before slicing 1/4 thick. (Internal temp. 145°F). Tenderloin can be safely served lightly pink in the center.
7.Serve sliced tenderloin drizzled with sauce.
