Piggyback Burger with Salt & Pepper Fries

New It's not everyday you find a burger as decadent as the Piggyback Burger. Our juicy burger is topped with a melange of pulled pork and bacon.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator. DO NOT THAW SALT AND PEPPER FRIES.
*Prepare Salt & Pepper Fries per the cooking instructions included.*
1.Form beef into 3 beef patties, about 1/3 cup each. Approximately 1/2 inch thick. Indent the middle so that they cook evenly. Pan fry, grill or broil 5-6 min. per side.
2.Heat seasoned pulled pork and sauce in pot on stove over med-high heat, stir to combine 5-6 min.
3.Toast buns on grill or under broiler 1-2 min. until starting to brown.
4.After flipping burgers, top with each with 1/4 cup of pulled pork mixture and 1 slice of cheese.
5.Assemble burgers on toasted buns and serve with Salt & Pepper Fries.

Prep time: 10-15 min.
