Chicken Enchiladas
Guest Favorite Flour tortillas filled with tender chicken, fresh green onions, and sour cream salsa then topped with cheese and baked.
Medium Prep time: 40-50 min.
Medium Instructions
Thaw in refrigerator or bake from frozen.
1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Remove lid and discard. Place bags of salsa and cheese in the refrigerator. Cover pan with foil sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Place pan on baking sheet and bake for:
THAWED: 30-35 min.
FROZEN: 60-90 min.
3.Massage sour cream and salsa bag to blend. Uncover enchiladas and top with salsa mixture and cheese.
4.Bake an additional 10-15 min. uncovered until cheese is melted.
Large Prep time: 50-60 min.
Large Instructions
