Roasted Root Vegetable Medley

The perfect accompaniment to any meal with a mix of sweet potatoes, carrots, and parsnips all seasoned with a savory blend and roasted to perfection.


Serving Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
OVEN:
1.Preheat oven to 425°F.
2.Shake bag of root vegetables to blend, spread mixture on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray
3.Roast for 25-30 minutes or until desired doneness.
GRILL:
1.Shake bag of root vegetables to blend, transfer mixture to a foil sheet and close to make a enclosed pouch. Grill root vegetables in foil pouch 8-10 min. per side.
