Pulled Pork Banh Mi Sliders

Guest Favorite Global Flavors: Mini rolls are filled with tender shredded pork in a sweet chili garlic sauce. Topped with pickled vegetables and a sriracha mayo.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut rolls with serrated knife 3/4 through each roll. Place rolls open-face on a baking sheet and allow to toast and heat through, about 5-10 min.
2.While rolls are toasting, add pork mixture to medium sauce pan and cook over med. heat until heated through, about 5 min. Remove from heat.
3.Drain pickled vegetables by cutting a small hole in the bottom corner of the bag. Let all the pickling liquid drain out, leaving only the pickled vegetables.
4.In a small bowl, combine mayo and desired amount of sriracha for desired heat preference.
5.To assemble: Evenly distribute sriracha mayo on each side of rolls. Divide pork mixture evenly among bottom half of the rolls and top shredded pork with pickled vegetables. Close sandwich and enjoy!
