Pulled Pork Banh Mi Sandwiches

Rolls filled with tender shredded pork in a sweet chili garlic sauce and topped with pickled vegetables and sriracha mayo.

Medium Prep time: 15-20 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Place rolls open-face on a baking sheet and allow to toast and heat through, about 5-10 min.
2.While rolls are toasting, add pork mixture to med. sauce pan and cook over med. heat until heated through, about 5 min. Remove from heat.
3.Drain pickled vegetables by cutting a small hole in the bottom corner of the bag. Let all the pickling liquid drain out, leaving only the vegetables.
4.In a small bowl, combine mayo and sriracha for desired heat preference.
5.To assemble: Evenly distribute sriracha mayo on both sides of rolls. Divide pork mixture evenly among bottom half of the rolls and top with pickled vegetables.
