Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts in Warm Dressing

Soon to be a family favorite! Roasted brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes are perfectly complimented when tossed in a warm tangy dressing with a touch of sweetness.

Prep time: 25-30 min

Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.Evenly spread brussels sprouts and sweet potato mixture on a foil lined baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until the vegetables begin to brown and crisp.
3.While the vegetables are in the oven, pour the contents of the dressing portion cup into a small saucepot and heat on medium low until the dressing begins to simmer. Take off the heat.
4.Add cooked vegetable mixture to a large mixing bowl, add warm dressing and pecans and stir to combine.
